LS Fitness replaces complacency with commitment. We seek to motivate, inspire, and invigorate clients with their fitness goals by challenging them to improve their physical and emotional well being.
With the grind of everyday life, it’s easy to lose focus on the things that matter most: health, family, and friends. Our goal at LS Fitness is to help individuals add value to their lives through physical fitness and nutrition education.
WHAT WE DO
LS Fitness, provides tools to clients to help achieve their fitness goals, including: personal training and youth exercise training. Unlike other fitness programs, LS Fitness shows clients and youth it is never too late or early to embrace healthy lifestyle.
PERSONAL TRAINING
If you are looking for a specialized training program, I provide one-on-one options in the comfort of your own home or yard, public park, or through remote training via Zoom.
I create individualized fitness programs through a dynamic movement assessment to help evaluate an individual’s flexibility, core strength, balance, and overall neuromuscular control. In addition, I add a personalized nutritional plan designed to foster your specific fitness goals and improve energy levels.
YOUTH EXERCISE PROGRAM
When I got back in shape after my second pregnancy, I loved the results and wanted to ensure my children understood the importance of living a healthy lifestyle. It’s important that we teach our kids that fitness is not just about looking good, but also creating overall wellness in their lives. This passion led me to establish a Youth Exercise Program that inspires children to love eating healthy foods and appreciate the benefits of having an active lifestyle.
